Natural medicine business owners in Colorado and Oregon are, on the whole, doing extraordinary healing work. They are also, on the whole, making the same structural pricing mistake, and it is costing them financial stability, business sustainability, and in some cases, the option to continue doing this life-changing work.

The mistake is the single-session model.

Here is what the single-session model requires: you get a booking, you deliver the session, you get paid, and then you start from zero. Next month, you do it again. There is no foundation beneath you. No recurring revenue. No client has committed to an ongoing package.

This is not a model. It is a treadmill.

The natural medicine business owners who are building financially sustainable practices have made other structural choices. They have things like: client pathways, a defined journey from initial inquiry to preparation to the session itself to integration to ongoing support. And inside that pathway, there are multiple opportunities: membership access to ongoing support groups or resources, referral opportunities.

The result is a business where a client who books a single session can naturally move into a 3-month+ container. Where monthly recurring revenue comes from diverse offer streams.

Building this model is not complicated. It requires clarity on your offer, your pathway, and your pricing, and a willingness to stop selling sessions and start creating a future with your clients.
